- OmniCruise, otherwise known as "OC" allows the user of an 80286,
- 386 or 486 System to modify the speed at which the cursor moves and
- characters are entered as well as the delay before repeat begins.

- This program may be run from DOS or included in a batch file.

- ENTRY RATES rates can be set in characters per second -- 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,
- 8, 9, 10*, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 26, 30. You'll wait
- forever at 2, 3, 4, etc. and 30 is a real jet ride. Experiment and
- set the speed that's best for you.

- DELAY RATES are: 0 = 1/4 Sec.; 1* = 1/2 Sec.; 2 = 3/4 Sec.; 3 = 1 Sec.

- From DOS -- Be sure you're in the OC Directory. Type OC and two charts
- will appear. Move the cursor and hit the Enter key to select the "Type-
- matic" rate and the Delay rate. That's the easy way.

- Here's an example of the Command Line method: Enter OC 25 1
- [rate] [delay] <enter>. This gives you speedy entry rate, standard delay.
- To include these settings in a batch file, use this same type of
- command with the variables for the speeds you desire.
